Our mission
MoneyDeals helps US shoppers compare current technology prices and make informed buying decisions. Our deal selections use sourced product data, price history and category comparisons.
How we verify prices
Every deal we publish must pass a price check before it goes live and is re-checked on a schedule afterwards. We read the price from the retailer's own product page or product feed, record the currency and availability, and store the timestamp of that check.
- Reference price: a discount is only shown when we can back it with our own tracked price history or a defensible MSRP. Strike-through prices taken from a shop without evidence are not treated as proof of a discount.
- All-time low: claimed only with at least 60 days of tracked history for that exact product variant.
- Freshness: prices checked within the last 72 hours are shown as current. Older prices are labelled “Price last seen”, never as verified today.
- Variant accuracy: an offer is matched to the exact variant (identified by GTIN, UPC, ASIN or MPN). Bundles and kits are not used as the price for a single unit.
- US only: we list US storefronts. Offers that cannot ship to US buyers, or whose price is implausible against MSRP, are filtered out or flagged.
- Dead offers: links that return an error, go out of stock, or lose their discount are withdrawn automatically.
How we make money
MoneyDeals is free to read and carries no paywall. We earn a commission when a reader buys through some of our retailer links, at no extra cost to the shopper. Advertisers cannot buy a score, a ranking, a review outcome, inclusion in a deal list, or a correction decision. Editors select products before any commercial consideration, and a product without an affiliate program is listed on the same terms as one with the highest commission. Read the full disclosure.

Advertisers cannot buy a score, ranking, review outcome or correction decision. Some retailer links are affiliate links; commissions do not change the shopper's price.

How we use AI
AI tools assist with translation, drafting, deal-data analysis and image processing. AI-assisted drafts pass automated checks and editorial review before publication. Prices, availability and specifications always come from the retailer or manufacturer source, never from a language model.
